Psalmen 86

1Listen, Yahweh, and answer me, 2Protect me, for I am loyal; 3Be merciful to me, Lord, 4Make your servant glad, 5You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, 6Yahweh, listen to my prayer; 7In the day of my trouble I call on you, 8There is no one who compares to you among the gods, Lord. 9All the nations that you have made will come and bow before you, Lord. 10For you are great and do wonderful things; 11Teach me your ways, Yahweh. Then I will walk in your truth. 12Lord my God, I will praise you with my whole heart; 13For great is your covenant faithfulness toward me; 14God, the arrogant have risen up against me. 15But you, Lord, are a merciful and gracious God, 16Turn toward me and have mercy on me;
