시편 49
1Hear this, all you peoples; 2both low and high, 3My mouth will speak wisdom 4I will incline my ear to a parable; 5Why should I fear the days of evil, 6Why should I fear those who trust in their wealth 7It is certain that no one can redeem his brother 8For the redemption of one's life is costly, 9No one can live forever 10For he will see decay. Wise men die; 11Their inner thought is that their families will continue forever, 12But man, having wealth, does not remain alive; 13This, their way, is their folly; Selah 14Like sheep they are appointed for Sheol, 15But God will redeem my life from the power of Sheol; Selah 16Do not be afraid when one becomes rich, 17For when he dies he will take nothing away; 18He blessed his soul while he lived— 19he will go to the generation of his fathers
