1Give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good, 2Let Israel say, 3Let the house of Aaron say, 4Let the loyal followers of Yahweh say, 5In my distress I called out to Yahweh; 6Yahweh is with me; I will not be afraid; 7Yahweh is on my side as my helper; 8It is better to take shelter in Yahweh 9It is better to take refuge in Yahweh 10All the nations surrounded me; 11They surrounded me; yes, they surrounded me; 12They surrounded me like bees; 13They attacked me to knock me down, 14Yahweh is my strength and joy, 15The joyful shout of victory is heard in the tents of the righteous; 16The right hand of Yahweh is exalted; 17I will not die, but live 18Yahweh has punished me harshly; 19Open to me the gates of righteousness; 20This is the gate of Yahweh; 21I will give thanks to you, for you answered me, 22The stone that the builders rejected 23This is Yahweh's doing; 24This is the day on which Yahweh has acted; 25Please, Yahweh, give us victory! 26Blessed is he who comes in the name of Yahweh; 27Yahweh is God, and he has given us light; 28You are my God, and I will give thanks to you;
