1Be merciful to me, God, for men are attacking me! 2My enemies trample me all day long; 3When I am afraid, 4In God, whose word I praise— 5All the day long they twist my words; 6They gather themselves together, they hide themselves, 7Do not let them escape doing iniquity. 8You number my wanderings 9Then my enemies will turn back on the day that I call to you; 10In God—whose word I praise, 11in God I trust, 12The duty to fulfill my vows to you is on me, God;
