Psalmów 40
1I waited patiently for Yahweh; 2He brought me up out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, 3He has put a new song in my mouth, praise to our God. 4Blessed is the man who makes Yahweh his trust 5Many, Yahweh my God, are the wonderful deeds that you have done, 6You have no delight in sacrifice or offering, 7Then said I, “See, I have come; 8I delight to do your will, my God; 9I have proclaimed good news of your righteousness in the great assembly; 10I have not concealed your righteousness in my heart; 11Do not keep back your acts of mercy from me, Yahweh; 12Troubles that cannot be numbered surround me; 13Be pleased, Yahweh, to rescue me; 14Let them be ashamed and completely disappointed 15Let them be shocked because of their shame, 16But may all those who seek you rejoice and be glad in you;
