Psalm 144

1Blessed be Yahweh, my rock, 2You are my covenant faithfulness and my fortress, 3Yahweh, what is man that you take notice of him 4Man is like a breath; 5Cause the sky to sink and come down, Yahweh; 6Send flashes of lightning and scatter my enemies; 7Reach out your hand from above; 8Their mouths speak lies, 9I will sing a new song to you, God; 10who give salvation to kings, 11Rescue me and free me from the hand of foreigners. 12May our sons be like plants who grow to full size in their youth 13May our storehouses be full with every kind of produce, 14Then our oxen will have many young.
